Libeco linen

Libeco Tea Towels

I had a debate a while ago with a friend about cotton vs linen tea towels. I know...high octane chats when you're a friend of mine! I am convinced that linen is superior but it has to be good quality. I am yet to find a better tea towel than Libeco. It's one of those ordinary items that I use every day that brings me so much joy. Buy one, try it, and tell me I'm wrong. You will fall in love too. I guarantee it. In Singapore, purchase Libeco tea towels here.  For international, shop here.

Reading glasses

Izipizi Readers

My new favourite readers from Izipizi #L in Havane. Unlike my other pairs, I chose ordinary glass instead of the ones for screens - and I like them better. And I love the price point. I now have pairs dotted around the house because it's got to the point that I'm needing them constantly. (Getting older can be a bit boring). Arranging Things by Colin King

Arranging Things, Colin King

A week or so ago I was feeling a bit 'meh'...demotivated, lacking, and I don't know, just a bit uninspired. The more I felt like that, the more I was scrolling on my phone. Not good. So I hot footed it to Kinokuniya and bought some books in an attempt to break my scrolling malaise. This was one of the books I chose. It sparked so much good stuff in me and literally got me back to the desk and feeling inspired again. If you love design, I highly recommend. Farrow & Ball Instagram

One of my favourite accounts. Even if you don't have walls to paint, the colour recommendations and genuine love for colour and their product is always a delight to watch. Image credit: Farrow and Ball. Follow @farrowandball

Organisational Tip

You guys...I'm here with the good stuff today. Let's talk socks. Sorting sports socks by family member is nigh impossible. So rather than each of us having a sock drawer where we invariably end up with lots of socks/ no socks, I've decided to centralise this everyday item and create two baskets downstairs that can live in the shoe cupboard. One for large feet and one for medium feet and anvone can wear whatever sports socks they find in the baskets. You're welcome.
