The Navy Edit

I have recently become a bit obsessed with a navy t-shirt that I’ve owned for a while from Zara. I don’t think they do it anymore - but as I put it on (yet again) the other day I thought… “does anyone not suit navy?” I feel like it’s one of those colours that is almost universally flattering. I was trying to think of a colour tone that might not suit navy and couldn’t think of one.

So with that in mind, here’s a little navy edit. I popped into Mango the other day to buy some jumpers for my daughter and loved the navy sequins they had in there so included this mini skirt. I would wear it with a white t-shirt or white men’s style shirt and a nude pair of sandals to keep it from being too much. I also love this boxy sweatshirt from Hush. I also loved the grey one but that didn’t fit the colour brief for this edit - but it comes in a few colours so you could take your pick. The Victoria Beckham glittery eyeshadow is lush. And I have been wanting to get both a denim shirt and a tennis bracelet for a while so they got included. And then there are the gold bow earrings which are new to my wish list. Since my ears have gotten older, I can’t wear dangly earrings anymore and I love how these wrap around from behind the ear lobe to the front. My ageing ear lobes could pull these off. I have one of these A Esque puffa clutches in gold and I can not tell you how beautiful it is. The leather is incredibly soft and the design is beautiful. I am a big fan. I hope you like the edit.
